I hired a BH e road bike from Ben y Bici for 3 days in September. Pre order was all clear and smooth. I met Patricia & Benny outside my hotel first morning as they delivered my bike. They ensured I was all set up and bike fit was spot on. The bike was super to ride around the mountains in that region of Spain ( plenty of battery). They collected it from me again at the hotel when I had finished. Communication with Ben y Bici was good, clear and Patricia & Benny were a pleasure to deal with personally. I would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

I can strongly recommend stromer bike hire. Patricia and Benny delivered the bike at the agreed time. Adjusted the bike to make sure I was in the correct position. Great bike! This is the best e-bike I have ridden so far. Very happy with the ride and service. Climbed hills I never thought I would be able to. Thank you both. I will definitely use again if I come back to Calpe.
The service provided was excellent and the price was right, you couldn't wish for better with a defective bike.
