Dedicated to everyone who loves sour coffee!!! This is a specialty coffee café, the taste and price of which differs from the bitter swill you get in supermarkets and other restaurants. Specialty coffee is a distinct art form, with a more refined flavor and acidity. Coffee is the seed of the berry, after all. That's the point: it absorbs the berry's flavor and imparts both sweetness and acidity to the coffee. Achieving this balance in the drink's flavor is a true art of the barista.
