Terrible!! Terrible customer service!! Talking to Calpe on the phone is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE. They refer you to Benidorm because the only girl at the counter can't even get halfway through the work, they don't communicate with each other, they lose the documentation they ask for... I've been trying for three days to get them to tell me how much a blood test would cost. Honestly, terrible. If I could rate them -2 stars, I would! Not at all, I wouldn't recommend it. Spend your money at another private clinic.
In my opinion there is too much waiting at the counter to register, you have to arrive half an hour in advance, I think they should improve in that aspect, also comment on the physiotherapy service... nothing bad to say about the staff but having only one person for 4 or 5 patients at the same time seems bad to me... you come in at your time and they connect you to the machine and the physiotherapist has to attend to everyone, which diminishes the attention that each patient receives
