I was amazed by the experience I had at the Namaste retreat, led by Madhu. I was captivated by her way of communicating during a workshop in Cartagena, and I didn't think twice when she invited us to participate in The Courage to Live. In addition to internalizing and seeing my fears, my attachments, and everything I need to let go of in my life, these were days of sharing, days of laughter, magical nights, and activities that awakened senses that had been dormant for a long time. It also allowed me to meet magical people—men and women who are beautiful inside and out. Highly recommended.

It's been a week since I came back from a magical vacation, and I couldn't have been happier or more full of love. My experience has been brutal. I arrived disabled (with a stroller and crutches) and left feeling unfamiliar. My courage lay in taking care of myself and letting myself be cared for. Madhu did that from the beginning, helping me determine where I needed to position myself. This is a highly recommended vacation. You learn to open your heart and meet exceptional people. And you come back filled with hope, strength, and courage to begin a new journey. I'm eternally grateful to the school, Madhu, and the entire team who make it so special. Thank you, thank you.
