Something seems to have changed here. The owner was initially very friendly and even delivered the bikes to us, which we appreciated. We had booked two e-bikes for four days. Unfortunately, on the second morning, the chain on one of the bikes snapped. These things can happen, of course, but the follow-up was disappointing. Communication about collecting the broken bike was very last-minute, which is difficult when you are trying to plan your holiday time. When I returned the chargers and displays personally, I was unexpectedly questioned about an accident that never happened — which felt unnecessary and unpleasant. The technical fault itself is not necessarily the shop’s fault, but the way the situation was handled left us paying for days we could not use the bike, while also losing valuable holiday time arranging returns. If nothing had gone wrong, I’m sure the rental would have been fine. But based on how problems were handled, I cannot recommend this experience.
Good service, nice bikes
Excellent bike rental — very friendly staff and bikes in perfect condition. On top of that, the lady refunded us for one day because we couldn’t ride due to bad weather. Highly recommended!
I rented a road bike. The bike was practically brand new (Merida Scultura). The owners were very friendly and had excellent communication. The rental company organizes group rides several times a week, so you can join them if you don't have other plans. I highly recommend it!
