Great bike, great service
One big bummer, the bike wasn't ready to ride. I had to replace a large chainring because the chain skipped during a test ride. On top of that, they didn't give me change for 6 euros. It's not about the 6 euros, it's about the principle. And by the way, when I got there, I found out there was a 500 euro deposit for bikes; there was no mention of this when I ordered them. I'll be avoiding this crappy rental company...
Today was my first day of cycling with my son in Calpe. It was a fantastic day, thanks in part to the excellent service from Vuelta Turistica. We received prompt and friendly assistance. The bikes were perfectly adjusted and are of excellent quality. Highly recommended!
