After a wait of over an hour trying to see the teller, (with a ticket) I gave up. I'll try another day I have at least an hour to waste. Only one teller and a dozen people waiting. Terrible service.
Horrible service. I went in to pay the property tax and had to leave without paying. I carried my receipt and my card. The Santander office across the street is wonderful.
The older lady at the register seemed unhelpful. I went to ask for a card block, and she wasn't willing to offer any solutions.
Only a single desk open. Took a number from the machine, and waited over an hour for it to be called as they were not called in order. Considering the bank is only open part time hours and Monday to Friday you would think they would at least be efficient during that time, but apparently not. Zero customer service skills.
