It's a great gym. I've been going for nine months now. Very complete and a pleasure to go.
The view and location are very good, however, many negative points outweigh the advantages. The equipment is mostly very old; the leg curl machine, for example, is already very worn, weights sometimes don't fit the barbell properly, and the changing room smelled strongly of urine on some days. I found the treadmill particularly bad – it rattled a lot and it took forever to reach a high speed, absolutely unsuitable for intensive, fast interval runs.
