So you better believe it when you’re going through a tax audit these guys won’t help you for anything. For example, my business paid between 3000 to 7000 in bank fees for transfers per year. I switched and saved money. Oh yeah, the tax office didn’t accept the bank fees, so that’s been the whole dilemma here if I had a regular bank with normal fees, the tax office would have no problem.
For years it was a good bank, but now it's just pitiful. Sky-high fees and interest rates! They take weeks to answer a question. The bank in Denia recently closed... It's increasingly on the brink.
The best bank, the only one that treats you well, that lets you in, welcomes you, and treats you with kindness. You feel like a person, unlike other banks where you're just a number.

Unbeatable treatment of their employees at the cashier, for personal attention, etc. They have high quality financial products and are totally different from traditional banking. 10/10 for the bank and 100/10 for the Altea office
