I only give one more star for Paloma, the commercial manager who helped me yesterday, but what happened to me with Carla was very different. On the two previous occasions, with very little or no attention, she always told me that I couldn't change banks because I could do everything online. When my manager in Barcelona, who was very kind and also Pati in Plaza Maragall, who was always very attentive, told me that for my convenience and since I live here in Altea and work here, the most logical thing would be to have a manager nearby, but that wasn't the case due to such poor service from Carla. I hope they give her a warning because, for my part, I don't want to have anything in this Banco Sabadell branch, which is located at 60 Conde de Altea Street.
