At the checkout, there's a clerk named Mayra who always greets you with a smile. She's also helpful. Everything with her is professional and she exudes joy. I've been to that office three times, and it's always been like this. It couldn't be better. Thank you, Mayra.
Be careful with the opening hours... they sometimes extend the opening hours until 4:30 p.m., but the cash register is only open until 2:00 p.m., so you can't even deposit or make any transactions... it's not very logical, given that their ATMs don't allow cash or anything else... they could detail it on Google so they don't waste their customers' time... update your ATMs, Bankinter.
The bank, with the worse online-banking ever! No transprence on your own account! Titulations of bookings are missing, no poroper credit card bills, on and on! Won't reccomend! The Star is for the Staff in Calpe, because they are firendly and doing a good job! Also a BIG minus with this Bank is, that you can't charge cash to your account through the ATM in the Bank. I work extra to my full time also, half time as a free lancer, and will change the bank..! I don't want my cash at home, and not having proper track of my accounts.
