I went with my 91-year-old mother-in-law to make a bank transfer for a payment, since she doesn't have a cell phone, internet, or any computer skills. They tried to charge her €6 for the process. I think it's abusive to elderly people to not provide a minimum level of service.
I went with an emergency regarding one of my accounts, and they resolved it in less than 20 minutes. Mariano was very kind and the service was excellent. If there were 10 stars, I would give them 10. Thank you!
