Had a good time here. Paid for 2 hours and it was not that busy. The instructors are somewhat useful. This is not the best place for beginners as this cable pulls very hard at the start. Most people cannot get up on the board during their first time. The instructors suggest to start up while sitting, but in my opinion, it is much harder, resulting in people falling more often. But for experienced riders - amazing place. Wish they had more features.
Google shows it as open, but apparently it's been closed since yesterday. We drove two hours specifically to go for a ride. The owner should have included the closure in Google, which he unfortunately didn't. PS. I'll definitely be back if I'm ever back here again 🍀😊
A bit uncommitted instructors. We paid for 2 hours but the wife hurt herself so badly in the first 10m that they ended up with 3 stitches in her heel. They actually helped to bandage the worst of it before they put her ashore on a jetty a good distance from the sales stand. So I had to swim in and get our things and go and get her. And the only thing they offered when we asked for our money back. (Or at least part of it since she actually didn't go 10 meters) was that we could come and go tomorrow instead. With 3 stitches in her foot.... So the rest of the swimming holiday was ruined.
We love it. The people who work there are 10/10, and the atmosphere is fantastic. A great place to enjoy the sea and sports. One of the places in Benidorm you can't miss if you're coming for a few days, especially if you live here. Come on in!!!
Absolute disappointment. We went, it was closed, and no one answered. We had been thinking about doing the activity with some friends for a while. We went one day to inquire, and they told us that reservations were not necessary and that they were open until November 2nd, according to the hours posted on the stand. Two weeks later, we decided to return for the activity, this time booking online, as we couldn't reach anyone by phone. When we arrived, there was absolutely no one there, and no notice on the website, Google Maps, or at the stand itself indicating that they were closed. We called several times and also sent WhatsApp messages, but received no response. We traveled from outside Benidorm specifically to do the activity, so the lack of communication and professionalism was especially frustrating. As a business that claims to be serious, you should have your website and Google hours updated, or at least answer your cell phone or respond to messages. The least you can do is let your customers know if you won't be open. A real lack of respect for the people who trust your information and make the effort to travel there.
