I had an excellent experience with Alia Tasaciones. From the very beginning, Jerenías, the sales manager, was impeccable: friendly, professional, and always available to answer any questions. Communication was fluid throughout, and they perfectly accommodated my schedule for the visit. The appraiser demonstrated great professionalism and technical knowledge, which gave me a lot of confidence during the process. Furthermore, the appraisal was very fast, and best of all, it was accepted without issue by all the banks to which I submitted the mortgage documents. Without a doubt, a serious, efficient company with excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

They charged me €585 for the property valuation. Two years ago, I paid half that amount for the SAME PROPERTY valuation with another company (Tinsa). Foolish of me for not asking beforehand; I didn't think they could be such rip-offs. DO NOT USE ALIA TASACIONES FOR PROPERTY VALUATIONS.

Very disappointing. In addition to being inflexible with scheduling, he intervened where he shouldn't have, was quite late, and also displayed an unprofessional attitude.
