They make you wait 45 minutes to pick up a package because they only have one lady there “working” talking to all the customers, in addition to chewing gum with her mouth open, which I find very impolite for a job.
The total incompetence of the afternoon staff at this post office is incredible (I don't know how they do in the mornings). Between the dark-haired man with curls and the woman in booth 1 with glasses, they can't manage to take less than 10 minutes per person... utterly infuriating. I wonder how long these people would last in a private company with a boss who wasn't "state daddy"...
I went to pick up some packages and I am very happy with the attention I received from the staff and the gentleman who served me, Miguel Ángel, very kind and courteous!
