04.01.2026 Today I visited this wash station because I had a large amount of laundry and wanted to get it done efficiently. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. To begin with, the money exchange machine for customers did not work. I needed it because I only had a 20-euro bill. This is not an isolated incident; due to living nearby, I have used this location multiple times, and this is already the second time the exchange machine has been out of order. In addition, I was forced to move my laundry from one washing machine to another multiple times due to technical issues. The largest machine (20 kg) was completely non-functional and appeared to be broken. When attempting to use the smaller machines, one of them did not accept coins at all, which is the only available payment method, and another did not operate properly despite accepting payment. These issues did not only affect me. Other customers were forced to wait for an excessive amount of time, and when they finally had access to a machine, they experienced similar problems. Some even attempted to select alternative programs, which also failed to work. The only positive aspect is that detergent is provided on-site, so there is no need to bring your own. However, this benefit is meaningless when the machines themselves are not operational. Overall, this was an unbelievable experience and unfortunately not the first time such problems have occurred here. It gives the strong impression that the management or personnel do not care, as there is never anyone present to maintain the machines or assist customers. ⚠️ This is an urgent issue that cannot be tolerated. ⚠️
