They were supposed to leave two packages at this collection point, but they didn't leave either of them. They left them wherever they wanted, and I had to take the car to pick one up.

Tienen una medicina urgente de Denia para entregarlo, y lleva días que simplemente pone en tránsito, es para denunciarlos que seguramente lo haga cuando solucione. DE PENA, CON LO QUE ERA
Yo comprendo que tienen mucho trabajo, lo que me molesta es que en el pedido ponga Plaza Central, vayas a la máquina, te dice que no existe y tienes que rebuscar para encontrar donde está. Encima a tomar por.... Con lo que cuesta coger el coche para aparcar después, incluso en el bus es una movida, y para colmo llegas allí y ni está ni se espera que esté abierto. Lo menos que podrían hacer es avisar donde lo han dejado al final que tenemos mucho trabajo todo el mundo, gracias. Voy a tener que ir mañana andando que son 5 kilómetros ida y vuelta.
Aunque notifican que el paquete está depositado, no lo dejan y luego es imposible rastrearlo.
