Frankly speaking, this is more like a bus stand than a bus station. There is no ticketing office but passengers can buy their tickets upon boarding their bus. For itineraries and schedules, simply consult the multi-lingual Alsa website. No inddor seatong. No toilets. No food and beverage vending machine. The driver was friendly, polite and attentive. But the coach could have been cleaner.
Hello. I'm a regular customer of this classic bus company, even more so since it became part of a British group. Today we travel from Pedreguer to Denia, and without mentioning the great drivers of our daily routine, I must admit that in 22 years I've never traveled so safely and pleasantly. The man with his hands on the wheel, named Moisés from the Javea summit, struck me as a model of good manners and kindness. And I wasn't the only one who emphasized it. It's reflected in the faces of the passengers who board bus 10022 (I think). I hope the company continues to hire drivers who meet these qualifications.
Today, it's worth highlighting the kindness and seriousness of a relatively young driver whose name I didn't remember. I guess I had the 10:20 a.m. route to Gandia and Valencia. Although I missed it because it was packed, and those with tickets were booked first. I trusted the system and lost a lot of money. Despite this, the driver in question managed to control the situation, as a dozen passengers and clients weren't allowed on the bus (many with scheduled appointments or day jobs, or unable to file a legal document, as in my case). Although I lost money because of it, the point of view dictates that you have to look at it from the perspective that every cloud has a silver lining. Tomorrow is another day. Anyway.
