Horrible station, there are no bathrooms, we are in full sun, there is no ridiculous customer service

Lots of people, traffic chaos
The worst bus station I've ever seen in my life, there are no bathrooms, the buses are delayed, there is no one to inform you, there is no taxi stand, from what we were told beforehand the information booth that has a bathroom was open
