Forced to give 1 star but deplorable service!! They don't understand anything on the phone, they are unpleasant, a disaster!
After being told that the taxi would soon arrive, we had to wait 38 minutes…although the taxi driver was very nice and a real smart guy.
Good thing there's Uber in Calpe now! I'd probably still be waiting for a taxi here until Christmas.
I'm giving it one star because it can't be any less. We called the taxi service and told them where they were supposed to pick us up. We asked them how long the wait was, and they said they were on their way, but it wasn't long. After 45 minutes, we called again to ask how much time was left. They said they were all booked and they would give us notice. After another 20 minutes, I called again, and they told me they would prioritize it. We had to call again to cancel because the taxi wasn't going to arrive before the bus arrived. Terrible service and attention.
