Price Adult 5€ child 3.50€ 1 hour ride You basically get to see that sights that you pass on the coach going to hotel roca There is some old buildings you get to see and marina but not much, it mainly goes through the town where alot of shops are but nothing that amazing to see tbh. Just picks up and drops off passengers, I suppose its something to do if you're bored
It's been a great way for us to get from the beach to the city center without moving the car and see important tourist sites. It's true that it's not a big deal, but we didn't have any problems. It let us take the dog with us without any problem. You can get off at one stop and then take it back later.
I've never had such an unpleasant experience with a tour company. The management is a disaster, and the customer service is unacceptable. We waited in a very long line to board the train. When we were finally close, a couple of people who had already boarded casually called their friends, and the train manager, ignoring the complaints of all of us waiting, allowed them to jump the line. This shows a total lack of respect for customers. But the worst came next. When we asked for a complaint form, they told us they didn't have one. When we went to the city's tourist information center to explain the situation, the same manager showed up with another man to intimidate us. Using an aggressive and inappropriate tone of voice, he interrupted my conversation with the center's staff to say that my complaint was invalid. Not only is this unprofessional, but it is intimidating behavior toward a customer and their family. Tren Turistic Calp is a disgrace. The poor organization and hostile treatment of the staff ruined what should have been a simple tourist trip. Avoid this company.
What a waste of money. You don’t see anything worthwhile. it feels more like a bus with stops than a sightseeing train.
