The truth is that I think the Mango Calpe store is wonderful. The staff is very attentive. If you need them to find a size or references for something you're looking for, they're always ready to help and provide assistance. For example, you can place an online order from the store itself for the item you're looking for but they don't have. They explain all the steps in a super-easy way, and you place the order right away (you pay for it, then try it on at home or right there when you arrive, and you can return it if necessary). It's wonderful because we have the entire available catalog, so we don't have to go anywhere else. The store is tidy, clean, and well-stocked, and you can tell because every time you go, you see more items from the collection arriving (which you've previously checked out online, and then you get a buzz seeing them there). That's appreciated because it allows us to enjoy much more Mango products and a greater variety. (Before, it seemed a bit more modest and there weren't as many items), but now there are countless models and styles to choose from, and if you need something they don't have, they'll order it for you right away, as I mentioned. As for customer service, I would highlight the friendliness with which they treat you and the closeness. Going to the store becomes a very good experience. I'm a big fan of online shopping, both for the variety and, above all, for the ease of shopping here. I don't even think about it because I know I'm going to have a good time shopping, and the staff carries most of the weight, so I head to the store without a second thought. -Keep in mind that the fitting rooms have the typical "clothing counting" plates, and you can fit a maximum of five inside (I completely understand this because there's a ton of clothes lying around, and there's no kind of control because there are so many people), but if you go over the number of clothes, they'll kindly let you know and separate the clothes for you to do the next batch, which I appreciate. -Pets are not allowed in and in some cases they are allowed to do so (but in arms and depending on the situation) and this makes me very sad because I have animals, I like to be able to go with them if the case arises sometime while I take a walk and that is why I wanted to ask the reason because previously it was possible and it caught my attention that currently it is not and also seeing a sign with the prohibition and I did not know but they told me that it was because some owners whose dog had peed (and had not notified the employees) people had slipped in who had not seen the pee and obviously the employees had not seen it either since they had not been notified (I find it incredible) and on other occasions the changing rooms were also covered in pee and they used clothes to clean that up and not only pee but poop, other times they put the dog on the clothes ... A disgrace, then there came a point where it was unsustainable and this situation was decided and obviously when they told me I understood perfectly and it is logical because of all these situations, but so that you keep it in mind and that everything has There's a reason, and unfortunately, the animals are the ones who pay for this, and the employees end up following orders. -Also, keep in mind that if you go last minute, the fitting rooms will close about 15 minutes before the store closes (even though they always let you know so you have time), and that seems perfectly normal to me. The same goes for payment. If you go last minute, you might have to pay by card, since they're doing their closing operations. In the end, they're there all shift long. And if you go last minute, at least make sure it's quick so they can leave on time. The least you can do is empathize, right? In short, I highly recommend Mango Calpe because I'm sure you'll have a great shopping experience and will find a great team of professionals. I'll definitely be back.
The staff is very friendly and the store is quite large.
