Bought a coat that I decided that I didn't like enough. Asked to return it. It was unworn with tags. I was told there are NO refunds, only credit or exchange. I was not told that this was the case when I bought it. Disgraceful way to do business. Will never buy another Superdry product as long as I live. Avoid this shop.
