I have been a client for years. Always great treatment.
The lady with glasses and long hair who's been there forever wouldn't replace a €1 product that she herself found to be faulty and didn't do its job properly. I don't understand why you have to make me come back a second time simply because you didn't charge me. You know it's your product, you know it's faulty. I don't understand why you have to make your and everyone else's lives get complicated just because of €1. I also work as a sales assistant, and it takes HUMANITY. After all the years I've been buying products there, this is putting me off.
No sé el nombre de la trabajadora de pelo corto pero qué encanto de mujer. Tuvimos un problema con un producto y nos ayudó en todo y salimos con el producto arreglado y satisfechos. Amable y muy servicial, solo espero que se la valore porque trata al cliente muy bien. La tienda tiene de todo y buenos precios. Siempre que me hace falta algo cuando voy de vacaciones a Calpe paso por aquí, además que me encanta el menaje de esta tienda y los artículos de decoración.
La señora de gafas y pelo largo que lleva ahí desde siempre no me ha querido cambiar un producto de 1€ que ella misma ha comprobado que estaba mal y no hacia bien su función, no entiendo porque tienes que hacerme volver por segunda vez simplemente porque tu no me cobraste. Sabes que es un producto tuyo, sabes que esta mal, no entiendo porque tener que complicarte la vida a ti y a los demás por 1€ yo también trabajo como dependienta y se necesita HUMANIDAD, después de todos los años que llevo comprando productos ahí esto hace que se me quiten las ganas.
