The sales assistants were terrible. I went to enter, I was dressed in a top and pants, and they didn't let me into the store. It's the first time in my life that they didn't let me into a store because of how I was dressed. It's a disgrace. They told me I couldn't go in like that.
Very bad, the tall girl spoke to me if she were a customer, but I am a customer and I make a purchase every month. I do not recommend it to anyone, people of color.
Very bad experience with the warranty. I bought some €80 Puma sneakers, and after just two months of use, the logo started to peel off. When I took them back to the store, the salespeople were very nice, but the problem came with the boss: instead of handling the official Puma warranty, he simply glued them on himself without providing any documentation or proof of the repair. He also burned the logo when he glued it on. When I asked for a paper with the type of repair, he responded arrogantly and condescendingly, telling me not to waste his time. He even went so far as to tell me that "that's not a manufacturing defect," when it clearly is. ❌ Let's be clear: if you buy here and a problem arises, don't expect real warranty service, because the boss here decides the warranty in his own way. Very unscrupulous and not at all recommended.
