I had a problem with my rear wheel on an electric bike. The freehub was dragging the cranks, causing the chainrings to spin uncontrollably. The mechanic there took the problem seriously and looked for a solution. The easiest thing would have been to replace the freehub, but he went to the trouble of fixing it and doing everything possible. He left the wheel perfect; it had never ridden so well, and for very little money considering all the effort he put in. It was a pleasure to visit this shop, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends when I or they have a problem with their bikes. This guy is excellent. Thank you!

I had an issue with my seatpost. As the part to secure it felt in the frame. The mechanics fix it in about one hour. Very friendly people. And very helpfull! Great service! Mucho gracias / vielen dank!

I can only compliment the shop owner, Luca, and his team (his parents and wife). My bike was repaired perfectly, and I was able to wait while it was being serviced. I was even offered a coffee while I waited – thank you so much! Everyone speaks excellent German in addition to Spanish. As far as I could see, they also have a great selection of bikes and other bike accessories for sale. The shop is very clean and well-maintained. I'll gladly come back if needed.
