Hello, Usually I take the time to leave a constructive comment, but since the sale in your store disappointed me, I preferred to simply write a review. However, the irrelevance of your comment prompts me to elaborate on my experience. Here it is: I don't understand why, as a salesperson, you didn't ask any questions? Why you didn't offer any further advice? I don't understand why you didn't test the product during my first visit. You're the only store where testing isn't allowed... it's a shame, especially when you're only an hour away from your store. Thank you for the free coil, but on the one hand, it makes sense. I bought a model with a manufacturer defect, so it's normal to replace it. Finally, the last thing I don't understand (what I tried to explain to you) is that you sold me 25W coils that don't work with the model you sold me. What's the point? I have a resistor box that's of no use to me... The language barrier didn't help, but having visited other colleagues of yours, we were better supported. Good luck!
