I wish I could give 5 stars, I’ve always bragged about this place and recommended it to others. I bought 4 new tires and had them installed here, but they put a defective rear tire on my car (the rubber was bulging). The worst part is, I had to leave the country, and instead of informing me about the defect, something you’d expect from a shop that values safety first, they just installed it anyway to save time and money. Now, everywhere I go for service, other tire shops immediately ask me how this could have been installed, it’s that visible. This isn’t just careless, it’s dangerous, putting a customer at serious risk. Very disappointing after trusting them for so long. UPDATE FOR WHOEVER ASNWERED TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: I purchased all four tires from you, and they were mounted and balanced at your shop, as you recommended. I still have the receipt. I even returned the next day to have them re-checked because I noticed a pulsing noise coming from one of the tires. At that time, you told me there was nothing more you could do. However, I had to leave the following day. Since there was no deformation or issue while driving on the road, your answer doesn’t make sense to me. Also, just to let you know, these types of deformations usually occur if something hard or heavy falls on the tire during delivery. That means it’s either a defect caused by the delivery company or an issue from the factory.
Appointment for a flat tire (a nice screw stuck in the tire path. You'd think it was almost intentional...?) Appointment at 4 p.m., vehicle picked up at 4:40 p.m. Efficient staff and very reasonable prices (€35). Nothing to complain about, a trustworthy brand 👍
