They ruined my brand-new clothes (purchased the day before, with label still at home). The white fabric has turned yellowish for everyone, and on both skirts the material feels rough, the elastic is ruffled, and the silver writing is cracked. This is unacceptable. Another silky skirt I just bought is now rough with damaged and discoloured sewing. Another short presents bleach stains. Another skirt is ripped. My cap I had in perfect state for years has been discoloured and left ruffled. Really a terrible service all around. Update: They refused a refund for even just one item at €24, saying my parents asked for “wash and dry.” But my parents specifically said “delicate,” and if they had used delicate programmes, the clothes wouldn’t be badly damaged like that.
They always comply and are very kind.
