Store closes at 22:00, I came at 21:55 to buy one product, however was turned away, because manage decided to close it the store earlier and did not want to serve anymore. Very poor customer service with not being accommodating while still open. Very poor an disappointing
They list one price, but when you go to pay, it's another. They mention the difference and make up some excuse about why the price is higher. I told them, "Okay, then give me the regular price," and surprise, surprise, they didn't have it. But they did have the expensive product listed with the wrong price. They set prices to deceive customers. And to top it off, the cashier with glasses, red lipstick, and black hair wasn't very friendly, to say the least. Reminder: NEVER RETURN
For me, it's excellent service. I've been buying from them since the store opened. I've seen a variety of staff come and go, and others are still here, but I've always felt well looked after. Thanks, ladies!
