Went to buy some fresh seafood. The lady figured out we were not local and charged us €36 a kilo for standard shrimp. Considering the Spanish market price is between 14-18 a kilo then I can only assume she took us for a ride. Avoid this place and either buy at the port or go to a supermarket.
Interesting river to visit, watching the fish enter the port is a delight
The fish is good, fresh from the sea... but then the village hicks arrive and pick a number (46), and they stay to the side, when something they like comes up they say they're there first and that they've been there for a while (and we're on number 72)... and in agreement with the fishmonger they order what they want, without RESPECTING any CIVILITY... and they ignore the polite people who are waiting their turn, out of pure uneducated intellect, a super bad experience, as told by all the other people who were there. The hick who thinks he has the right because it's his town
