Phone House

I searched the Internet to find a place to fix my malfunctioned phone. I tried 4 without success. I called the Phone House , explained the issue and was told, yes we think we can fix it, bring it in. I took my Samsunf Galaxy in the shop at lunchtime and picked it up fully functioning at 18 30. Great service from friendly people at sensible prices. Thank you Phone House

Terrible management. I'll give you a ⭐, just to give you something... Not terrible, the next best thing... the management by Alba (the girl who works at the Calpe store). I bought a cell phone, we reached a financing agreement, so far so good, but the surprise came when the inept Alba (a month later) told me there were other offers and that the financing would change. I told her, no way, because what was agreed upon must be carried out. So for two months of phone calls, because the girl DOESN'T DO her job PROPERLY. Recommendation: DO NOT ever go to this store, they are the worst.

We waited for a very long time for the salesperson to be free, they just wanted to chat with customers on abstract topics. There is no entry for baby strollers. I couldn't wait any longer, I left.

I took my phone to Phone House Calpe, paid for the screen replacement, and from the very beginning, it was a disaster: they took forever, they never contacted me, and I always had to be there for them. The screen started failing a few days later. I went to complain, and they told me the technician would call me. He never did. A week later, the screen died completely: dead pixels and no functioning. I went back, and the worst part: they washed their hands of it. They told me I had to pay for a new screen. No warranty, no solution, no responsibility. It's a place where they charge you, do a poor job, and then disappear. Don't trust them.
