Meeting point wrong no staff to help
The experience was great, and I'm glad I did it. However, there were two things I didn't like at all: first, the photos the company posted bear no resemblance to what you find. It's a large boat, with a capacity of 150 people, not the small boat they portray in the photos. On the other hand, for what it's worth, it's logical, but oh well, I think they're being a bit deceptive by showing photos of that boat and not the one you'll be riding on. On the other hand, despite the no-smoking signs posted, there's a worker who smokes freely, inside, outside, wherever he pleases, and also throws his cigarette butt into the sea. He's an older gentleman with gray hair. The other two guys who work there, however, are very professional and friendly. As I said, it was a good experience, but I can't give more stars since these two things seem important to me.
Watching the sunset from your catamaran in Altea was a fantastic experience, and sharing those moments with your friendly and professional crew makes us highly recommend the experience to anyone considering an activity with you. Congratulations 👌
Mundo Marino's collaboration with the Natural Parks of the Valencian Community is a great success. The guided tours are very interesting. You learn a lot.
Clearly the views are impressive, but the attention of the guys is phenomenal, I will definitely return.
