Although they were pleasant and the experience was positive, they did not keep the reservation that we had made and paid for weeks in advance. In any case, they managed to do the baptism the next day. And they would have taken photos but they did not send them to us, despite telling us in person that they would. Later when we asked for them by WhatsApp, they ignored us, and currently we do not even know what happened to the photos. No reasons, no apologies.
A few months ago, I took the PADI Open Water Diver course at this center. I chose it because I had completed my first dive with them the previous summer, and I couldn't have had a better experience. Without a doubt, I couldn't have made a better decision. The three days of diving with the amazing professionals at this center exceeded all my expectations. I learned diving techniques perfectly while having fun and feeling safe at all times. I highly recommend Víctor's professionalism and guidance; he's the best instructor anyone could wish for. I will definitely recommend this center to anyone who wants to start diving or to dive around Calpe, and I plan to dive there again soon.
We did a baptism and several dives, and the service was excellent; we felt safe at all times! The team is friendly and very professional. I highly recommend it.
Hace unos meses realicé el curso PADI Open Water Diver en este centro. Lo elegí porque el verano anterior había completado mi bautismo de buceo con ellos, y no pude tener una mejor experiencia. Sin duda no pude tomar una mejor decisión. Los tres días de inmersiones con los grandísimos profesionales de este centro superaron todas mis expectativas, aprendí a la perfección las técnicas del buceo a la vez que me divertía y me sentía segura en todo momento. Destaco la profesionalidad y el acompañamiento de Víctor, el mejor instructor que se puede desear. Sin duda, recomendaré este centro a toda persona que quiera iniciarse en el buceo o para hacer una inmersión por Calpe, y yo planeo volver a hacer una inmersión allí pronto.
Encara que van ser agradables i l'experiència va ser positiva, no ens van guardar la reserva que havíem fet i pagat en setmanes d'antel.lació. De totes formes van fer un apany per poder fer el babtisme ixe día. I ficaría fotos però tampoc mos les enviaren, a pesar de dir-mos en persona que ho faríen. Més tard al demanar-les per whatsapp mos ignoraven, i actualment no sabem ni que ha pasat en les fotos. Ni motius, ni disculpes.
