We really loved it! Restaurant could be better but the boat trip and the island were amazing!
Nice scam on the way back, supposedly rough seas, so I returned by bus. I think this must happen often because the sea is no rougher than on the way out in the morning.
When you arrive at the port it is not well signposted although the people are very friendly.... The trip is about 20 minutes to the island of Benidorm where there is not much to see but the Benidorm skyline is beautiful. There are two boats, one with underwater vision and another, ours, the Acuario II. When we arrive at the islet they change us to a submarine that fits about 20 people quite tightly. The submarine ride is 15 minutes although you don't see much considering that they feed them on deck to attract the fish. The boats are not punctual we had to wait about 25 minutes to return to Benidorm....supposedly it leaves every hour. To be honest, I didn't find it excessively expensive and it was good. I enjoyed it more than the excursion I did a while ago to Tabarca, it's ideal for the kids.
