Beautiful area for kayaking. Easy rental and arrangements via WhatsApp. Double, single, and triple kayaks available.
They're unpresentable. They tell me that to rent a board for a "full day" (from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.), I have to leave my PHYSICAL credit card and my PHYSICAL ID. Working face-to-face in my life, I wouldn't think of asking for that when the first thing they tell you is that for security reasons, you should NEVER leave your physical ID anywhere, much less your card. I'm telling them this and attaching a screenshot of the response because it's worthy of being seen in a company. Speechless.
NOT AT ALL SATISFIED. We rented double kayaks for an hour, and upon arrival, no one was willing to provide any explanation, as they had told us over the phone. They rushed us to get on board and left us completely unguided. They only showed interest in charging us as soon as we arrived. Furthermore, when we arrived to return the kayaks, there was no one to help us get down to the platform or replace them. While we were trying to replace them ourselves, one of us was severely stung in the leg by a Portuguese man-of-war, ending up in the emergency room. This rock where the jellyfish was was their work area, so it should have been properly equipped, especially considering they won't be there to assist you at any time. Furthermore, they showed no interest in helping in that situation. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; it's terrible.
Excellent experience. I recommend it.
