We came to Altea for a few days and weren't sure what to do. We saw this place to rent a boat, and it was a great decision. It was a highly recommended experience. The service was excellent, and the boat was wonderful. We would definitely come back.
The condition of the boats and Nerea's kindness leave a lot to be desired. They gave us a boat with broken seats (which, according to the comments, must have been like that all summer), and then they tell you you broke it and keep the deposit. They must have charged for the supposed repair half a dozen times. They're thugs through and through.
Excellent value for money and Nerea was very attentive and friendly.
The boat was in terrible condition, with broken seats and a faulty engine. We were stranded in the middle of the sea, having to find a solution ourselves at a nearby port. Nerea was the only one who cared; she called the port and they came to pick us up, but the company didn't take responsibility for anything. They don't return deposits; it's recommended to pay cash to get them back. We only enjoyed 3 of the 8 hours we booked.
