Good service at the best price and very good treatment, without a doubt we will repeat and I recommend it.
Yesterday we enjoyed a wonderful afternoon with our family, sailing around the bay on an unlicensed boat. Both the rental process and the arrival were quick and easy.
The boat is very unstable; if there's even a slight breeze, it's practically impossible to steer. Two life jackets are required for five people. The people who explain how to use the boat do it in two minutes, and you're already out to sea. Very irresponsible. If you paid for several hours, you won't get anything back if you return early. They don't provide any cash receipts, so everything is a mess. Very poor customer service. I recommend looking elsewhere to rent a boat. I don't recommend it.
10/10 treatment, 10/10 explanations, and 10/10 empathy since the sea was quite bad and they advised us at all times and everything was phenomenal, highly recommended. I am sure I will trust them again more than once.
We rented a small boat without a license for 4 hours and the price and service were excellent.
