A real disappointment and zero professionalism. This plan was a special gift from friends for my husband's 40th birthday: a jet ski excursion in Altea. Booked in advance, everything paid for, insured, and with great enthusiasm. We even organized the trip from Oliva, left our son with a babysitter, and had a lunch reservation, taking advantage of Sunday. They asked us to arrive earlier (and we were there at 11:30) to prepare life jackets and other items, but the instructors never showed up. After more than an hour and a half waiting, the "solution" they gave us via WhatsApp was to go to Denia (yet another trip!) or return at 5:00 p.m....something totally unfeasible and out of place. Obviously, we refused. They promised that, due to the error, they would also cover the babysitter's expenses, but in the end, they only refunded the amount of the excursion. No gas, no lost hours, and no hope for our ruined dreams. In short: a disastrous experience, a total lack of seriousness and respect for customers. It's very sad that such a special gift from our friends ended in a wasted day and a monumental tantrum. I don't recommend it at all.
