The dough of the empanadas was very hard and inedible.

I was a regular customer, and I used to order a lot of delivery. The last delivery I made, and which I don't plan on ordering again, had a few glitches: The first was that the delivery arrived incorrectly. I ordered a €25 appetizer and received a plain sausage and fries. I called and they said they were already fixing it. The second time I called, 20 minutes later, to say it was wrong, and I had to call back. The response was that they were already calling another delivery person. 20 more minutes went by, and nothing happened. I called back, and then the delivery person arrived, but without the appetizer, and they came to pick up the sausage and fries. I called again and here's the third mistake. He told me when I first called him to tell him it was wrong, that he already had it there. When I saw that 40 minutes had passed, I complained to him to tell him that I imagined it was cold given how long it had been. He proceeded to answer me no, that it had just come out. They arrived with the appetizer 50 minutes later. In total, I had waited an hour and a half from the time I placed the order, 40 minutes from when the sausage and fries arrived, and 50 minutes waiting for the appetizer. When the appetizer arrived, it was incomplete and you could tell it was reheated from the microwave. With this, I have to say that I do not recommend it and that we will not eat there again.
The waitresses were very rude, some of the food was bland and some was overly salty, and the service was incredibly slow for the two tables they had. We won't be back. THAT IS NOT COLOMBIAN FOOD
