I've ordered delivery several times and it's been great. But this time we picked it up at the restaurant and ate it at home. We ordered three portions of cheese fries, which were completely cold. The burger fries were the same—hard and cold. We ordered a crispy chicken wrap, and they gave us something else entirely, but it wasn't crispy chicken. The spaghetti carbonara was also cold. The only things that were hot and good were the pizzas. In short, I was very disappointed this time. I don't think I'll be back.
