This isn't a farmers market. That's a store that mainly sells packaged food wrapped in plastic with cyrillic writing. Can't be anymore local than that, can it?
Very nice place where you can buy various foreign foods (mainly Ukrainian). Fruits, vegetables, pelmeni, chilled drinks, non-perishable foods, sweets.. the owner is very nice and has a big heart! I recommend you to visit this place.
