Excellent service and courteous staff. The product variety is excellent.
In the end, I couldn't prove anything. The person answering the phone was too busy talking for a while.
They sold me a supposedly 3-milk cake, but it was dry; it wasn't what they promised. There were several very good bread options, including cookies, pandebono, and almojabanas (a type of bread made with almonds).
I have been there twice and both times they charged me for another table's ticket and I told the girl and she answered me in a way that was not appropriate, telling me that it wasn't her last time instead of apologizing.
