The seafood was very fresh, the service was very good, and the price was reasonable.
Apparently, the chef changes, and so does the result. Too bad. Annoying = for the first time (ever!) in Calpe, an attempted ePay scam, and in an upmarket restaurant. Several times, I'm asked to pay with ePay. A bit of a charade, with the waiter shaking his head at the screen. How silly, after checking his own bank check and claiming, the waiter sheepishly suddenly hands over the receipt, even though he was about to snatch the cash payment. This is simply unacceptable in 2025. Game over for this club.
The food was delicious. The staff were friendly. Very clean and the view was beautiful.
I ate there the other day and everything was really good, both the set menu and the à la carte dishes we ordered. Next time I'm in Calpe, I'll definitely eat there again. The waiters were very friendly and the food was superb and high quality. We'll definitely be back! 😉😊
