Summary: If your name isn't Oleg, you own a boat, a yacht, or even your luxury car, don't go there because the owner's service is horrible. He's easy to recognize because of his disastrous friendliness and poor taste. In short, MaCao could be a much better place if it weren't run by a MaTao.

Absolute discrimination in this establishment, which has sold its soul to foreign money and the beautiful boats surrounding it. The owner, who's on Winstrol, lacks any tact. He talks to people like they're children and only plays along with the cheap and shady oligarchs... It's tiny, to be honest. He speaks without knowing anything and criticizes his customers just for owning a camper van and not a yacht. They'll let you do anything if you have a Porsche or a boat, otherwise you're worthless, and they respect you less than a moron. It's a shame to sell your soul... but not surprising on the part of frustrated people.
Horrible atmosphere. The owner or manager (a short, elderly gentleman) is rude and ill-mannered. Seedy, posturing place.
Excellent view, excellent location, excellent service, and the location is just as impressive. Not only will I return, but it will also become one of those places you inevitably recommend to anyone who tells you they'll be passing by.
