I don't like writing a negative review, as it can have a negative impact on the owner's business. Ultimately, I decided to do so to give an honest reflection in the reviews. We had a mixed experience. There were four of us; one person had a delicious meal, two had mediocre/fair meals, and one had a bad one. First, the positives: the reception and service were friendly, the avocado/boquerones salad was good, and the salmon main course was excellent. Negative: we had to wait a very long time for both the appetizers and the main courses. It was busy, but this took too long. This could have been compensated for by the delicious food, but unfortunately, it wasn't. The shrimp were definitely not fresh, the nasi goreng came straight from a can, soggy and tasteless, with a fried egg, three pieces of prawn crackers, and some Indonesian pickles as decoration and the chicken satay... let's just say that four out of five Chinese/Indonesian restaurants do a better job. We didn't venture into dessert. The price/quality ratio is poor, with Dutch prices. There are much better restaurants in Calpe and the surrounding area for the same price

We come here every year with the whole family. The food is fantastic, and the personal welcome and atmosphere are simply wonderful. Highly recommended! ♥︎ And be sure to try Cafe Siete Lunas for an aperitif or dessert.

If you love gourmet food, this is the place to be! Frog legs as a starter and a fillet steak with fried foie gras. Delicious!

New holiday, back to this amazing restaurant. Everything I've had here is still first class. I only want to come back here when we visit other restaurants in Calpe. Love this place🥰Highly recommended 😍
