We've been here a few times. The food has actually been pretty good so far, which is why we went back today. Is there a different chef? The spring rolls weren't fried well. Soft on the outside instead of crispy. The rice was served first. The main courses took a while. I tried the rice once, which was unfortunately only lukewarm, and I complained. By the time the main course arrived, the rice would have been cold. The main course was Peking duck. Very, very little duck. And again, it wasn't cooked crispy. Everything was soft and swimming in the sauce. No, my dears. It used to be much better. A main course of sweet and sour pork was okay, though. We were and still are satisfied with the well-tempered Amber beer served. We enjoyed it excellently. Unfortunately, it wasn't good food.
One of the best Chinese restaurants I've been to. Very good value for money and delicious food. Definitely recommend booking around peak times as it fills up quickly. The set menus are brilliant.
