Yesterday I had a manicure appointment with a semi-professional. I arrived at the center with very HEALTHY nails! And I left with a mess of nails that were about to break. I paid €35 to have them destroyed. The polish is already coming off, but the worst part is that my nails are so thin they hurt. They filed them so much that I don't even feel like I have nails anymore. It hurts even to touch the water. This has never happened to me in the eight years I've been doing semi-professionals. They suggested I come back to fix the polish on my poorly done nails, but to file down what's left of my nail, we'll be down to the skin. Honestly, I feel very, very disappointed; it was my first and last time there. Let's see how I can get my nails back to where they were. Thank you.
Ayer tuve una cita para manicura con semi. He llegado al centro con mis uñas muy SANAS! Y he salido con un desastre de uñas que se rompen. Pagando 35€ para destrozarmelas. El esmalte ya se está quitando, pero lo peor de todo es que mis uñas son tan finas que me duelen. Me las han limado tanto que ya ni siento que tengo uñas. Me duele hasta tocar el agua. Nunca me había pasado esto en los 8 años que llevo haciendo semi. Me han propuesto de volver para arreglarme el esmalte de uñas mal hechas pero es que para limar lo que me queda de uña, ya llegaremos a la piel. De verdad, me siento muy muy decepcionada, era la primera y última vez ahí. A ver ahora como puedo recuperar mis uñas de antes. Gracias
Un timo: pague 280€ por un tratamiento de cabello que no recibí, me aplicaron 2 productos en frío y mi pelo ha quedado fatal, negándose a facilitarme mi factura para reclamar. Ni la gerente contesta ni me han devuelto el importe del servicio contratado y no recibido.
