We used them last year and they were fantastic. We’re going again soon and have filled in the relevant website form but they haven’t got back to us . We tried again but still no luck

A big ZERO - booked and had to go back 3 times…. First hour already broken but no response on phone or mobile. Now broken again, in the middle of the road in the pouring rain. Was supposed to come within 15 minutes…. We are now 1 hour further without a solution. Had to call a taxi to pick up my mother. A company that I can CERTAINLY not recommend

Terrible management. I reserved a chair to put a disabled person in the water on the 4th, and upon arrival, they told me there had been a mistake with the reservation and they didn't have any available. I wouldn't wish my father's feelings of frustration and sadness on anyone. Two people working in the shop, and none of them were capable of doing anything. Fortunately, the Red Cross on La Muntanyeta beach in Calpe offers free wheelchairs, with excellent service and attention, which saved our day.

ATTENTION! We rented a wheelchair for the duration of our stay. We didn't check it thoroughly when we picked it up. The parking brake couldn't be engaged and kept rubbing against the wheel, which we only noticed when we used it for the first time. When we returned the wheelchair after 1.5 weeks, we had to pay for the brake, even though the wear and tear couldn't have been caused by that time. Similar reviews speak the same language...SO CHECK IT CAREFULLY WHEN YOU GET IT!!!
