I don't know about Calpe, but in Callosa den Sarria, it's a total disaster. The "doctor", if you can call him that, seems to have escaped from a psychiatric hospital. Everyone there is looking at each other's faces, waiting for the inevitable, to be treated by this "gentleman". I feel sorry for the poor woman who works there, with whom she endures unbelievable abuse, the very kind and attentive lady, the complete opposite of the "doctor".
The attention was terrible, for personal reasons I had to resort to your service which was very unprofessional, having the appointment early in the morning, they had us in the clinic for more than an hour and a half, to tell us that they could not finish because they had a technical failure in the computer, they told us that they would call us to finish the consultation, that we should leave and that they would let us know, after 8 hours when we saw that they had not called us, we called because of the urgency that we had and they told us that the program still did not work for them, everyone can have something like that, but at least they should have informed us throughout the day and I also do not understand that a medical service cannot be followed by a computer program
Quiero excluir a la chica de recepción de esta valoración. La clínica es vieja, el instrumental viejo. Falta personal. El test psicotécnico, fácilmente lo supera un niño de 2 años. No puedes pagar con tarjeta y el tal doctor Cabrera, es un prepotente e irrespetuoso.
No había visto nunca antes un sitio tan corrupto, 50€ por medirte las pulsaciones y preguntarte a 3 metros de distancia una letra. La foto que me tomaron es oscura al límite que tengo una incidencia en la generación del carnet que me toca ahora solucionar a mi. Cuando pregunté a cerca de la foto me dijo : es que eres un poco moreno y la iluminación es perfecta, adjunto la foto.
La atención penosa, por motivos personales he tenido que recurrir a su servicio el cual ha sido muy poco profesional, teniendo la cita a primera hora de la mañana ,nos han tenido más de hora y media en la clínica , para decirnos que no podían terminar porque tenían un fallo técnico en el ordenador, nos dicen que nos llamarán para terminar la consulta que nos marchemos y que nos avisan, después de 8 horas al ver que no nos llaman , llamamos por la urgencia que nos corre y nos dicen que aún no les funciona el programa , todo el mundo puede tener una cosa así , pero que menos que nos hubieran informado a lo largo del día y tampoco entiendo que un servicio médico no pueda seguí por un programa informático
